mailto problem

I have a problem with the mailto command.I can't send with
mailto more than 2021 characters in order to send a lot of
mail accounts together.So I have to break them down in
half so as send them.Do you have any idea whats the
solution without send a group or a distribution list.
 
- Try sending your text as an attachment
- Try some other mailers, e.g. sendmail.exe or blat.
