mailto command

Hi,

I was able to use the mailto command to even attach the files using the
following command. But this was possible with office2000. Now with office
2002 and office2003 it is not really possible to attach any files using the
mailto command. I searched in all possible threads to find an answer. Is
there a statement from Microsoft on this issue. is this not supported because
of any securioty reasons. Information on this highly appreciated.
