I am not able to attach files using mailto: command
I am using
mailto: (e-mail address removed)?Subject=test&attach=c:\test.txt i have tried
all variations of path c:\\test.txt
'c:\test.txt'
"c:\test.txt"

Looking at the MSDN documentation, I do not see a reference to an "attach"
name/value pair, only Subject, Body, CC, and BCC.

Correct, you are not able to.

As far as I can see, no browser on the market recognizes "attach" as a
parameter to the mailto:. Most likely because it would make it far too
easy to steal sensitive files from a users PC.
