MAILMAPI.DLL missing

When attempting to run RUNDLL, I get the message:

Error Loading
C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNSharedFiles\MAILPAPI.DLL

The only file in the shared files folder is a shortcut to
MSN Explorer.

I'm not sure what I need to download. Please help.

Change here:-
IE Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Mail>[outlook/outlook express]
