mailing contacts help

Hi
I have created a contact folder and wish to email the contacts in the
folder with our latest news letter.Is there away of doing this so that all
of the email addresses in the folder are not sent with every email .

Put your recipient addresses in the Bcc field.
 
Tell us more about the newsletter. Is it a .pdf document that you want to attach to the outgoing messages? Or is it an HTML format message itself?
