One of my emails was returned as Undeliverable with an Enclosure, which when
I click on to Open I get the following Notice:-

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel"

What should I do to comply with these instructions and be able to open the
attachment?

Are you sure you sent the message that was undeliverable? If so, tell us
the part of the file name that follows the last period.

If you didn't send it, it's likely to contain spam, a virus, or spyware sent
with a fake return address that happens to match your email address; in
this case, it's a bad idea to open it at all.

I would be a little cautious about opening attachments I did
not expect to receive. Make sure the attachment is not an
executable extension like .exe. You can get a harmless look
by pressing Ctrl+F3.

It was my email. The matter has now been resolved. I managed to open the
attachment and it notifies me that the recipient mail box was full up and so
my email was undeliverable!
