Greaatings all,

Here at my work, a person has hired an exec assistant who will need to
see her boss' Inbox and all 60+ folders that are "sub-folders" of the
Inbox. I have been using the method of right-clicking on the Inbox and
setting the permission level accordingly.

However, I see no way of applying those permissions to all nested
mailbox folders that are under the Inbox. Can anyone tell me a way
this can be done? We are using Exchange Server 2000 with Outlook 2003.

Thanks for the idea. The article describes "send on behalf of" whcih
is not my issue.

My issue is with reagrds to *viewing* someones mailbox. I can set up
someone's permisisons to view anothers mailbox, but I want those
permissions to propogate / apply to all the mailbox folders nested
under the Inbox.

Any other ideas?
