When you send, does the message stay in the Outbox? Any error
message? If no error message, open the Outbox folder. Move as
many of the Outbox messages as you can to he Drafts folder.
If any won't move or can't be deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:
If you do get an error message when you try to send, right-click on
the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.
