every time i click on windows mailbox it is coming up the host
imap.elmiracolonypark.com could not be found. I triple checked everything and
still comes up that way but every once in awhile it will let me in.

There is currently no server on the Internet named imap.elmiracolonypark.com.
In fact, http://www.elmiracolonypark.com is unreachable, and the domain name
elmiracolonypark.com is currently not hosted anywhere.
