No.

But you could use Virtual PC or VMWare to install and run XP on a virtual
machine, though.
Requires a license for XP, of course.

Unfortunately no, thus showing the validity of the old saying "If it
ain't broke, don't fix it".

Closest at the moment is Thunderbird I reckon, pity they don't release
OE standalone really.
