You should post to an Outlook Express Newsgroup and give some information on
what the problem is, error messages, etc. Just saying the settings are
incorrect doesn't help much. Also please don't use all caps. It's hard to
read and considered shouting.

First off, posting in all Capital letters is considered shouting so you'll
want to make note of that.

Has the mail worked previously - or is this a new setup ?

Most all ISPs have a tutorial on their websites that shows step by
step instructions for setting up mail. You'll need information like the
inbounds/outbound server name and any special ports ( if required ).

Using recent versions of Outlook provides a "Test Settings" option,
where your settings are checked and a test email is sent.

Ok I thought you said Outlook Express, so I gave you a link for that. If
it's Outlook then this is the link for it.

No need to scream.
Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or your email service provider would
know the settings.

Frank, I realize I misread the message, and posted a second link to the
Outlook newsgroup a couple of hours before you posted this...lol Course we
don't know if the OP really meant Outlook or Outlook Express since many
people confuse the two. So by misreading his post I might have actually
given him the right info - ah the tangled webs we weave. He hasn't posted
back yet either.
