mail wont send

i am getting a message error report

Subject 'test', Account: 'Jelski', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '250 SIZE 10485760', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

what does this mean

It often means that you have sent a message that, including attachments,
is too big for the email server's size limit on outgoing messages.

Also, port 25 and SSL are seldom used together, so you may have a
problem with your settings.
