mail with new stationary

how do i attach my new downloaded stationary to email. whenever ,I attach it
then mail it my buddies tell me nothing comes across??

You have to understand that when you send mail using fancy fonts and
stationery, if the recipient doesn't have those fonts installed and/or
is only reading mail in plain text and/or isn't using Outlook Express -
they will not see your fonts/stationery.

This is why it is a very good idea not to use fancy fonts and
stationery. However, if you really want to do this, I believe there is
an MS newsgroup devoted to the subject. Here is a list of all the MS
newsgroups:

If the stationery group doesn't exist any more, here's one for Outlook
Express:
