I have a use who yhas a problem when receiving lenghty e-
mails (i.e. more than one page of text in the body). The e-
mails in question do not have attachments. What happens is
that when he either voew the message in the preview pane,
or actually opens the message, then he only sees about a
quarter to a half of the message. The only way he gets to
see the entire message is to forward the incoming messgae.
When he does this in the new e-mail the gets created he
can see the entire original message with no problem.
We are runnign Outlook 2000 in an exchange server
environment. Myself as the administrator can open the
user's mailbox on my PC and see all of the contents of all
e-mails with no problem.
Please help.
