Mail taking long time to display

We have Outlook 2000's at work accessing our Exchange Servers.

We have one client that seems to hang up for awhile before getting her mail.
If I send her a message from my office to hers, it takes from 10-25 minutes
to actually get to her. If I send it to anyone else, it is immediate. If
she sends a message to me, it is immediate.

What could cause this behavior? There are no viruses on this machine. That
was the first thing I checked.

Thanks,

Tom.

Is she in on-line mode? Deselect File-> Work Offline

I don't understand what you are saying here.

Deselect what file?

I can't find that as an option anywhere.

If she was working offline, why would she ever get the message? She does
get it 10-20 minutes after it is sent.

Thanks,

Tom

When working in Offline mode you can still receive messages by using a
manual Send/Receive

We have tried that also.

Hitting the Send/Recieve button doesn't get the message.

She is online, however, as it shows up by itself 10-30 minutes later.
