mail stuck in outbox

i have this 37 mb message stuck in my outbox because it
is way too big to send considering my outgoing mail
server can only handle maximum of 2 mb. please someone
HELP!!! i need to delete this mail from my outbox

What version of Outlook?
 
I am assuming that the reason it is stuck is because it is attempting to be sent to someone. This has happened to me before. The way I corrected it was by unchecking the box for checking/sending email on startup in the options. After I cleared that box, I shut down Outlook and then re-started. I was then able to delete the email from the outbox. Hope this helps
