How do create a rule or rules for the following
a single email is sent to 2 email accounts at the same time, so two copies
arrive with both email accounts in the To section

I want to sort the incoming mail so that only one copy goes to a separate
folder

Any ideas

Where the TO line contains XXXXX Move to XXXX Folder.

You can separate them by filtering on the receiving account.
Example:
1. Where the message is from the 'A' account
move it to the 'A-Mail' folder
and stop processing more rules.

2. Where the message is from the 'B' account
move it to the 'B-Mail' folder
and stop processing more rules.

Hope this helps.
