Mail receiving problem

Why i have to restart my outlook 2000 everytime in order to receive new
e-mail. (we are using ISA 2000 server). Is there anything i can do on the ISA
Server ? Please help......

P/S : more then 1 user facing this particular problem.

Could you be more explicit in describing the symptoms? Why do you believe
you need to restart Outlook?

Thanks for your help, I think I've already ractify the problem,
mostlikely it cause by our ISA firewall client. Thanks a lot.
