Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup or a newsgroup devoted to your new
e-mail program.
Since you did not say what programs, I can't offer specific
instructions. Check each program's help file (F1). With luck they will
each offer an import/export capability and a compatible format. In some
cases the new program may be able to read the old programs files directly.
You may want to repost the question, listing the name and version number
of each program.
