Mail Merge using Access as the source

I am creating a mail merge using MS Word 2003 and MS Access 2002 as the data
source.

I selected the .mdb file as the source which presented a list of tables and
queries from that db to choose from. Trouble is, there are only 5 queries
shown in the list when there are actually 15 in the db. All the tables are
shown. Naturally the query I want isn't listed.

These files were created, and are working OK on a Office97 system, I have
copied them to this machine to do some further development work.

Any clues as to why some queries are missing? Is there something special
about the unlisted queries I should know about?
