Mail Merge Problem

I have a problem when using mail merge, I have put in the new fields I want but they go into the optional information. Although these are then matched they will not appear in the address block when I complete the mail merge. This is driving me mad! Can anyone help please?

If you're using Word, try the Word NG (Mail Merge)
