Mail merge matching fields

How do I increase print fields on mail merge labels

You would have better luck setting labels up in Word, and just use Excel
as the data source.

That is what I have done, When I try to match the fields it won't let me put all the fields that I need on the label. I have matched the titles of the fields to correspond with the Titles offered in the match field box.

Any ideas?

In the "Arrange your labels" area, pick "More Items".
