mail merge in Access

I have a database that is used for estimating projects. In that, I have a
report which is project "quote". Some projects are quoted to multiple
customers and I would like to generate a quote for each customer, sort of
like a mail merge would work in Word. Where do I start with something like
this?

In Report Design of your report (you may want to test with a copy if not
familiar w designer) add a Group Footer for your CustomerID field and then
in the Group Footer Properties, specify Force New Page After Section.
