Mail Merge Expansion

When mail merging into labels from Excel to Word it does not show the last 11
additions. I cannot expand the mail merge in the edit recipient list. There
are 158 entries in Excel but not in Word.
 
Had you defined a range in Excel that you selected for the merge? If so,
make sure the new records are included in the range.
