Mail merge and job titles

I am trying to complete a mail merge and I cannot get the Job Title to show
up or print. I am matching the Job title field to the name of the column.
But it is not working. Please help.
 
If the data source is Outlook, start the merge from Outlook

If you are trying to use the AddressBlock, forget it. Just insert the merge
fields that you want to use in the configuration that YOU want them.
