After finding some posts that this item is from Microsoft
I went into the ui and tried to unblock it. However the
AntiSpyware program blocks me from unblocking it
immediately after I unblock it. Is there anyway to
unblock it?

Uninstall it and the reinstall it.

don't unblock it on the block event instead do the
following 2 example below. this should fix your problem,

please reply if you solve this problem.


when you receive a Microsoft Antispyware Notice (pop-up
alert) that says An Internet change has been Blocked you
can click the blue link Manage block Internet Explorer
Trusted, when u click it a box should appear and there
you can remove it. after doing that you can go ahead to
blocked event and there u can unblock it.


(ANOTHER WAY TO DO IT) if you dont get the microsoft
Antispyware Notice (pop-up alert) on the lower right
corner.

On realtime protection go to application agent, on the
checkpoint detail find and choose Internet Explorer
Trusted Sites, on the right where the blue box click
manage allowed/blocked, a pop-up box should appear, on
the dropdown list choose Blocked Internet Explorer Trusted
Sites check the following box and click remove. after you
finish go to block event and unblock it
