Outlook Express doesn't have an icon, it is accessed from
the start menu. If it isn't there then the menu item has
been disabled. If this is the case right click your mouse
on the taskbar (the area between the start button and
clcok) and select Properties from the drop down list.
Once the star menu window opens click the Start Menu tab.
In the start menu tab window clcik the customize button.
Another window will now appear. At the bottom you will
see a section marked 'show on start menu' There should be
a tick next to the E-mail option and Outlook Express
should be visible in the dialog box. If something else is
there, i.e., Outlook, clcik the arrow at the right of the
dialog box and select outlook express. Next clcik Ok.
Finally, in the next window clcik the Apply button
followed again by ok. Outlook Express should now be
visible on the start menu.
