mail filterto receive only from outlook contacts

I have been receiving so much spam that i wish to receive emails only from
people listed in my outlook contacts.

How do i do that?
 
Outlook provides no method to filter on the contacts folder. You can try
third party software that is more configurable - I personally prefer
SpamBayes, a free, open-source filter that has been working quite well with
Outlook for over a year now.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:

Depends upon your version of Outlook. In Outlook 2003 go to Tools |
Options | Junk E-Mail and set it for Safe Lists Only. Go to your Safe
Senders tab and make sure it's set to also check your Contacts Folder.

Previous versions...can't do it as far as I know.
