Mail Delivery

Hi I 'm having a problem with my MsOutlook. Whenever a new mail arrivied it
does not deliver to my Personal folder. It's stays in mailbox only until
unless I press F5. I have already checked the servies tab maildelivery, it's
already set the new mail delivery to "personalfolder", How can i solve this

My OS WindowsXP
Office : Office2000

Are you using Exchange as the mail server? Or SMTP?
 
We are using exchange

For e-mail Reply: remove "NIXTHIS", add "#VS811" to Subject.

You have a problem in your network that is blocking the UDP packets sent
from the Exchange server as notification to the clients. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=304849. Until you fix your network to
prevent it from blocking the UDP packets, you will have to switch the
problematic client(s) to use polling to detect new e-mails in the
Exchange mailbox rather than waiting for UDP notifications.
