I've got the last freeware version of Mailwasher with multiple
accounts on my site at
http://www.comcen.com.au/~scottford/_sgt/m2m2_1.htm . Popcorn email
with multiple accounts is also on the same page.

http://www.yoursurfice.com/ with its blacklist set to spamcop.
