mail box

someone tried to send me an email and they were told that my mail box was too
full, i do not have lots in there, and did not receive any info telling me
that. can any1 give me any advice or help?

UNload your email box every 5 days, than the problem is solved!
 
It's not the mailbox on your PC, it's your Inbox on your email server.
Access your email account using a web browser and delete some of it.
And set your email program up to delete it from the server after
downloading, or at least after a few days.
