Mail BCC Option?

Can anyone tell me if they know of any plan to add an option to the mail
program/send option, which would allow the user to set the default to a BCC
(where email messages would be sent out as BCC when "create" was clicked).
With Vista's beefed up security settings it seems they would have thought of
this to help fight the spam issues. If not, who would I contact to suggest
this option for an update/revision?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

Incoming mail addressed via BCC is likely to wind up in my
spam folder. I don't see why you'd consider this to be
advantageous.

I do. In my case I sometimes bcc an email to another one of my email
addresses. Some email clients have a default setting for this (sometimes
known as "fcc"). It's a tad too sophisticated for OE 8 um.. I mean
"Windows Mail".
