Every time I go in to word, a message comes up ' Macros disabled.
How do I enable the macros, I have searched for an answer but can't find
one. Please help.

If the message occurs as you start Word, then the probability is that the
macro disabled is in an add-in. You can allow macros in add-ins by setting
the macro security (tools > options > security or tools > macro > security)
to medium and to trust installed templates and add-ins.

Go to Tools > Macro > Security and change the setting there.
But are you sure you want to do this? If you are getting a warning message
about disabled macros that would indicate there is a macro trying to run when
you start word or open a document. Make sure you don't have a virus and don't
alter the security settings unless you have up to date virus software and use
it!
