macromedia flash problem

hi there
I cant download macromedia flash player.My browser isnt showing any flash content.when i try to install the macromedia flash player,it just shows an icon in the top left corner and does nothing.kindly help me out,i am stuck with this.
 
I had the same problem a while ago. I figured out it was a popup stopper i installed that stopped any flash animations
If you have a popup stopper you should have a look at the configurations for it
please post back if that is not the case.
