Macro to subtract range of times

I am trying to come up with a simple macro or loop that will assist me in subtracting 14 seconds from a range of times. The report will be updated every day and will need to have the macro or loop set up to include future additons. I am only working with one collumn of data and need the results to populate in the same cell it is subtracting from. A forumla built into the cell will not work as when new data is added it is copied from another source and the formula would be overwritten. Also want to eliminate the manual work, and a simple macro I can run will do the trick. Example:

Row J3 - J256 has a time in the cell. I need 14 seconds taken away from each of these times with the new total to populate in the cell.

Any help is appreciated.
