How can I send a macro or custom toolbar to other people
so they can use it in their Excel documents? I would be
sending it to them via Lotus Notes (email).

Rob,

My standard reply is always to create an addin, send that as an attachment,
and install on each recipient's machine. Far easier than adding macros etc.

Forgive me for being lame, but I can't get this to work.
I followed the instructions of the Knowledge Base Article
(211563) but it won't work. Whenever I try to run the
macros on the custom toolbar, it gives me errors about
Read Only, Non-Existent or misnamed Folder, weird
characters in name, etc... I'm not sure what I'm doing
wrong or what I need to do to resolve this.

Rob,

Do you want to send me the workbook/addin and I will try it.
