My company recently installed Word 2003 and the macro
security setting is on high. When I make a document the
contains macros and save it so others can view the
document, it will not allow the macros to run. Is there a
setting that I can use that would overide their settings
somehow?

You need the security setting to medium in order to use macros. If you
cannot change it, speak with your IT department.

Users will have to have their macro security level set to Medium in order to
allow your macros to run. If you instead create a template and install it in
Word's Startup folder or the User Templates or Workgroup Templates folder,
then the macros will be enabled provided users have checked the box for
"Trust all installed templates and add-ins" (on the Trusted Sources tab of
the Macro Security dialog).
