macro problem

Hi, Max--

Well, I tried your suggestion and still get an error message. The new twist is a box opened entitled: REFERENCES - VBAProject
with a list of checked items.
According to this box, it seems the following is missing??
c:\windows\system32\unocxtl.ocx

Any ideas where I can find this?
