I mean no offense by this, because I'm sure you would
never put up trojan binaries on your site, but why oh why
do you not provide a link to the actual source of the
download, like, from Microsoft's site? I don't care if
you promote your own site, but at least give people a
link to the actual download when you post.
People should never download 'patches' from a site that
is not the vendor's, because that's just an invitation to
a trojan.

To clarify what I meant, I think it's great that you have
a link from your site to Microsoft's for the actual
download. I just think that to promote security and user
awareness, you should include the link in your post in
addition to the link to your site rather than funneling
all traffic to your site (which is a common tactic by Bad
Guys also)

It would have been best to just mention that the Windows Update
website has those security patches available for download.
No trojans at my site. I very much doubt BT would allow it; and if anyone
complained to them of getting a trojan it would be shut down straight away
by BT if a trojan were found to be on it. Furthermore the company that
provide my redirection address would no longer let me use their services.
I've had over 2100 visitors so far and none have got a trojan or any spyware
from my site. Why would you be different?
Anyway if you don't have a firewall up when visiting ANY site then you
deserve a trojan, but still won't get it from me. .
So if you click the link, what then? Here's exactly what happens. : You get
redirected via ZDOS.com to my full BT address where you see my index.html
page. A little way down it you will see a link titled "Download the latest
M$ Patch(es)." Clicking that takes you to the msb.htm page where there is a
copy of the M$ notice with official PSP Signature and links to Microsoft's
site.
Please don't try and make me look like some kind of tit. If you wanna bypass
my site entirely use this address

While you're at it why not judge a book by what you imagine its cover to
look like. The file is clearly marked as a Windows patch with PSP signature
and is downloaded from the M$ site via a link to that site . Next time LOOK
before you leap oh ****witted twat.

stop people from downloading things. A firewall blocks
unsolicited connections. If someone downloads something,
they are soliciting it. If they are soliciting it, the
firewall will do nothing.
Before you start about anti-virus programs, I can write
my own trojan that will never be detected by an anti-
virus program, because the anti-virus program doesn't
know about it. If you run code, you have to trust where
you download the code from. Sorry, but I trust going

site that tells me "Oh, this is available here! Go here

mention the source in my marketing post!"
