Donna Mirage

At different times when I log on, I am unable to go to any
web pages unless I download Windows Update. But, the
Updates are ALWAYS the same ones. I just keep
redownloading. Why is that? And is there a solution for
me? I am not the most knowledgable computer operator. I

You must have your home page set to update,open up your

browser,now press the tool tab,now click the internet
options,in the section marked address type in your
favorite homepage,like ( www.msn.com or
www.google.com or
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx?
NewsGroup=microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain&SLCI
D=US&ICP=GSS3&sd=GN&id=fh;en-us;newsgroups )
Or you could just hit blank,then it comes up blank,or hit
use default,then it comes up whatever your computer
manufacturer has it set to.THEN CLICK APPLY , THEN OK.
