Luna gets replaced?

Is it true MS is gonna release the Media Center theme (Royale) to replace the
dated Luna theme for free?

I truly hope this is released via windows update or something, preferably as
a critical item. ^.^

KAV6 intercepted this installer as riskware. "RootShell:

AVG says no such thing. The installer is safe.
