LSASS shutdown......Ive tried everything to sort it!

I get the shutdown message evrytime i connect to the internet. My anti virus software seems to have been disabled so i cant scan my system. Ive downloaded 2 different sasser worm removal tools and both didnt find the virus on my system. I also installed the recommended update from microsoft. Nothing has worked and my system still shutsdown every time i connect....does anyone have any other suggestions of something i can try because it looks like i might have to reboot my entire system and i really dont want to have to do that....thanks in advance!

Ive done everything the artical suggests...and im still shutting down
everytime i connect to the internet.
 
Probably time for a rebuild sorry to say it. But if it
isn't a virus and Lsass.exe is corrupt which is causing
the shutdown, you probably need to rebuild the box. I've
had this problem even before the sasser worm and found it
the easiest solution as opposed to dealing with weeks of
frustration and scouring the internet for articles.
