My cmputer was infected with the sasser worm. My neice
got tired of the computer shutting down every 5 minutes
that she deleted the lsass.exe from the computer. Now
all that we can see is a black screen.

How can i fix this???

LSASS.exe is an important system file (Local Security
Authority Subsystem Service). No files should be deleted
from the \WINDOWS, \WINDOWS\SYSTEM, or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
drives without the urging of Microsoft or related
companies.

Sasser should be dealt with using the methods suggested
by Microsoft, Norton, and McAfee.

You probably know all of that, though.

Can your computer start up or is it always a blank screen?
