Those are legitimate Windows files and are not responsible for slowing
your computer "to a crawl". Something else is. However, since I know
nothing about your computer, all I can suggest is general
troubleshooting:

Something is causing these services to run and use time. The most likelyBones said:These are the only services doing anything in task manager each
