after a non-destructive system recovey I get this lsass.exe error
it reads..'while trying to update password the return status indicates that
the value provided as the current password is not correct'
I cant even get to safemode.all I can get to is BIOS by hitting F1.
I can also get to system recovery again by hitting F10
I can also get to safemode page where you choose safemode ect..
I tried non destructive recovery 3 times..Get 'c_20127.nls'
says I need the cd windows home edition ,but one never came w/system from hp
pavillion 7965
then it says...type the path where the file..
copy files from...C:\sysprep\i386...
any help out there for a VETERAN..this laptop isnt much compared to my
desktop... thanks again for reading this...Mitch here in WI.
