LSASS.exe error

When I'm starting my computer, I received an System error

A message telling me that LSASS.EXE has an I/O error
because it could not read or write in the registry.

Anybody knows what i'm talking about ?

IU've try to reinstall a fresh copy of my OS (XP Pro)
without any success....

Help me.

You probably have the Sasser worm. Look here:
