lsass.exe - bad image Help.....

On boot up, I'm getting an error that states on the top of
the error box - lsass.exe - bad image, and in the dialogue
box - The app or dll samlib.dll is not a valid windows
image. Upon hitting the ok button, it then freezes and
won't boot up. The same happens when booting up via the
safe mode. Help....

You can try a Repair Install, but frankly I've never had any luck with
that for this error and a clean install (format the drive, reinstall
Windows) has always been what I've had to do. Here are instructions for
