LSA Shell shutdown

After about two minutes of use in IE6 a box pops up saying LSA Shell
Shutdown initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Then C:\ windows\system\lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code
1073741819. This happens all the time after a couple minutes use. Using
other non Windows programs work fine. Appreciate any insight into this
problem. Thanks

To stop shutdown, click Start, click Run and type: shutdown -a
then click OK.
