LPT direction connection

Hi,
I have 2 XP PCs, connected by LPT link (laplink).
I have set up the PC A following the wizard to be the server, and I have set
the IP range.
The PC B is the guest, and I login, use the user name and pw defined in PC
A. It always ask about the DOMAIN name. If I put nothing on the DOMAIN
field, it would complain the user name and pw may be wrong.
How to check the DOMAIN of my PC A?

control panel/system/computer name/ put them both ina workgroup with
the same same not a domain.
