lower case letters

i am used to using all lower case letters. with microsoft outlook the first
letter of the first word of every sentence or phrase automatically changes to
a capital letter. how can i avoid this from happening?
 
In Word, change your preferences to No Auto correction. Or don't use Word as
your email editor--a better choice.

Turn off the autocorrect option that's doing it. If you don't use Word as
your editor, click Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options and uncheck
"Capitalize first letter of sentences". If you do use Word, click
Tools>AutoCorrect Options and uncheck "Capitalize first letter of
sentences". It pays to use Help or to investigate your option tabs.
